About Us

Established in the fall of 2004, West Billings Physical Therapy is a private practice specializing in outpatient orthopedics.

We have been committed to providing quality physical therapy to Billings and the surrounding communities. The founding partners have been practicing physical therapy in this area for over 20 years.

We emphasize an evidence-based treatment approach and individualize our treatment to meet your needs.

West Billings Physical Therapy has been a strong supporter of community events, local sport teams, and individuals since its inception. We are passionate about physical therapy, patient care, customer service, and professional development. We look forward to assisting you with your rehabilitation needs.

West Billings Physical Therapy is open from 7 am to 6 pm to accommodate your busy schedule.

We make every effort to be flexible with scheduling appointments. We understand the need to balance your rehabilitation needs with your other commitments. West Billings Physical Therapy has both male and female physical therapists on staff. Upon request we can schedule you with your gender preference.


Our Staff:

Doug Chase PT, LAT, CSCS (Co-owner/Partner)

Born and Raised: Missoula, MT
Practiced in Billings since 1997

Education:
University of Montana, HHP, emphasis in Athletic Training (1993)
The University of Montana, Physical Therapy (1997)
National Strength and Conditioning Association: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Physical Therapy Special Interests:
Orthopedics, Sports Injury, Foot and Ankle Biomechanical Evaluation, Custom Orthotic Fabrication, Treatment of Vertigo, Work Performance Evaluation, Dry Needling Certified

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Doug enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, running, and biking. He also participates in triathlons and enjoys a friendly game of badminton and croquet.


Jill Follett, PT, MPT (Co-owner/Partner)

Born and Raised: Bozeman, MT
Practiced in Billings since 1993

Education:
Jill received her BA in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in 1990. She went on to earn her M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 1993.

Physical Therapy Special Interest:
Jill has years of experience in the treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions, including urinary and bowel incontinence, constipation, and pelvic floor pain. She also treats a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Jill enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and golfing.


 

Dan Sebastian, PT, MS (Co-owner/Partner)

Born and Raised: Billings, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2001
Graduate of Billings Central Catholic High School

Education:
Dan earned his B.S. in Psychology as well as his M.S. in Physical Therapy from The University of Montana.

Physical Therapy Special Interest:
Orthopedics, Dry Needling Certified, Sacroiliac dysfunction, Sports Therapy, Manual Therapy

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He has enjoyed fly-fishing for years and has mastered the skill of fly-tying as well! Dan also enjoys working out and hunting.


Evan Jones PT, DPT, OCS (Partner)

Born and Raised: Born in Billings, MT and raised in Park City, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2013

Education:
Evan completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Health at Carroll College in 2010. She then went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2013 at the University of Montana, and began working at West Billings Physical Therapy in July 2013. Evan recently became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2017.

Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Vertigo, Sacroiliac Dysfunction, Dry Needling Certified, Humanitarian Medical Services Abroad

Interests outside of Physical Therapy:
Evan is an avid outdoors-woman and lives for Montana summers to camp, float, hike, and fly-fish! She also looks forward to the fall to attend Griz football games!


Mack Hawbaker, PT, DPT (Partner)

Born and Raised: Butte, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2014

Education:
B.S. in Exercise Science from University of Montana (2010) and DPT from University of Montana (2014)

Physical Therapy Special Interest:
Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling Certified

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Mack is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing  golf, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two kids.


Michael Hawbaker PT, DPT

Born and Raised: Butte, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2017

Education:
BS in exercise science from the University of MT, Eastern Washington University, PT school.

Physical Therapy Special Interest:
Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, Dry Needling Certified

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Any activities with friends and family. Playing and watching any sports that are in season.


Cal Chase PT, DPT

Born and Raised: Born in Missoula, MT and raised in Billings, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2018

Education:
Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Montana (2015)
Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Montana (2018)

Physical Therapy Special Interests:
Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling Certified

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Spending time with my wife and two year old son, sports and outdoor recreation, snow-boarding, wake-boarding.


Kelsey Johnson, PT, DPT

Born and Raised: Billings, MT
Practiced in Billings since 2019

Education:
University of Montana: Doctor of Physical Therapy (2019)
MSU-Billings: Health & Human Performance, B.S. (2014)

Physical Therapy Special Interests:
Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, Sports Medicine, Balance Disorders

Interests outside of Physical Therapy:
Kelsey loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys running, Jiu Jitsu, hiking, and cooking.


Jodi Chase, Office Manager

Jodi has been the office manager for 15 years and responsible for overseeing the growth of the practice and evolution of administrative tasks associated with a growing practice.

Born and Raised:
I was born and raised in Missoula and after graduation,  I became a certified ophthalmic technician and worked for an eye bank.  In 1998, I moved to Billings with my husband, Doug and our oldest son. Our 2nd son was born shortly after our move.  I worked as an ophthalmic tech until we opened our physical therapy practice where I was the sole front office person until we became busy enough to hire additional help.

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
My off time is spent with family and friends, spending time at Flathead Lake in the summer and skiing in the winter.  I love to hike, plant flower gardens, but the best part of my day is spending time with our first grandson.


Jeanine Moore, Administrative Assistant

Born and Raised:
I was born and raised in Butte, America and graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelors degree in Sociology.

I’ve worked in a dental office, retail business and with the school district before starting at West Billings Physical Therapy in 2005. My husband Tom and I have lived in Billings for 20 years and have two kids and a granddaughter.

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
We love spending time with our family and friends and attending Bobcat football games. Being one of the only Cat fans in the clinic can be tough, but we are loyal blue and gold. I’ve been learning to play the guitar and enjoy reading, having joined a book club almost two years ago.


Jeri Ouradnik, P/T Receptionist

Born and Raised: Larimore, ND
Been with WBPT for 5 years.

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
Attending our grandchildren’s activities. Golf, reading and spending time with family and friends.


Barb Erickson, Front Office

Born and Raised:
Born in Granite Falls, MN and moved with family to Poplar, MT. After 4 yrs, moved to Ronan, MT where I lived and raised my two children until moving to Missoula to go to college.

Education:
After earning two associate degrees in Medical Office and Medical Transcription from the UMCOT, I transferred to UM and received my bachelors in Communication Studies. After graduation, I was an outreach clinic coordinator for Community Medical Center Heart Center. I then worked for Walgreen’s as an assistant manager, earning a pharmacy tech license and moved to Billings where I became a store manager, then worked in a dental office before arriving to my WBPT family.

Interests Outside of Physical Therapy:
I love spending time with my “Grands”, family and friends. When I win the lottery, I am going to go to every MT Griz football game, no matter where they are playing!
